All returned items are received into our site and are handled promptly. This includes:      

  • Updating the customer record to include advice of the return being received with either a refund or a replacement product  triggered
  • Quality control check to see if the returned or exchanged product is genuine and  in a suitable to be returned to stock or put aside for refurbishment / destruction / re-use as ‘seconds’
  • Customer helpline and e-mail address
  • Responsible disposal of unusable stock
