Orbital have the expertise and track record to ensure the transition is managed professionally and seamlessly, without detriment to your on-going business operations or customer experience.

Orbital’s component of the implementation team is led by an experienced manager supported by technical and operational staff; the Account Manager who will be responsible your account is also part of the  team.  We have broad sector knowledge and will be on the look out for process improvements.

We talk your language and understand your challenges as we have our own mail order business (www.readicut.co.uk) acquired in 2011. 

 

Transition process

The team will focus on defining your requirements, developing the integration plan and milestones, crystalising and evolving the rules and procedures that apply to your own business operations, payment and refund policies, carriers and so on - to ensure that all orders will be handled as you want. 

Stakeholders will receive regular updates throughout the transition process.  This ensures responsibilities and deadlines are known, progress is tracked and risks are identified early so they can be addressed.

We have experience of transfers that involve TUPE - with our HR team are available for support and consultation.

Account Management  

Your day-to-day Account Manager will be involved from Day One and will take over responsibility once the transition process is complete - then it’s ‘business as usual’.  The transition team will continue to be involved in a support role.

Your Account Manager (plus back up) will manage your account on a day to day basis. This includes:

  • Taking and processing your instructions
  • Liaising internally to ensure service delivery
  • Providing advice, development and feedback
  • Performance monitoring against SLA’s
